Terms of Service

Leadify is operated by Orhan Göktuğ Güngör, an independent sole proprietor based in Istanbul, Türkiye (“Leadify”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: info@letsleadify.com. When you use Leadify, you are contracting with Orhan Göktuğ Güngör trading as Leadify.

By accessing or using the Leadify platform (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and, if accessing on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.

Leadify provides an AI-assisted leadership development platform that uses simulated scenarios to deliver developmental feedback and organizational capability insights. The Services are offered to individual professionals and to organizations.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your organization to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Send spam, malware, or attempt to interfere with security (probing, scraping, denial of service)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical limits of the Services
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without our written consent
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Services to generate unlawful content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, or malware
• Attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise bypass the Services’ safety controls

The Services use generative AI. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation and must not be relied upon as professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or HR advice) without independent human review.

We may moderate, filter, or refuse outputs and may remove or restrict content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. If you believe an output infringes your rights, contact us at info@letsleadify.com and we will review the matter and take appropriate action, including for repeat infringers.

Insights, scores, and feedback generated by Leadify are provided solely for development and learning purposes. They are not intended to be used as the sole basis for employment-related decisions.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, invoicing, taxes, billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

The Services, including all software, models, content, and trademarks, are owned by Leadify or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services within the plan you have purchased. No other rights are granted by implication.

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and of the outputs generated for you, subject to the rights of third parties and applicable law. You grant Leadify a limited, worldwide licence to host and process your inputs and outputs solely to provide and secure the Services, as further described in our Privacy Notice.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Leadify does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadify’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Leadify from any third-party claims arising out of your inputs, your use of outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window in line with our Privacy Notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
