Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Leadify is operated by Orhan Göktuğ Güngör, sole proprietor, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Leadify subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This 14-day window also aligns with the statutory right of withdrawal granted to consumers under EU and UK distance selling rules and Türkiye’s Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries, billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can either:

  • Visit paddle.net and follow the steps to request a refund using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us at info@letsleadify.com and we will help you initiate the refund through Paddle.

Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Renewals and Cancellations

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.

Refunds for automatic renewals may be granted at our discretion if requested promptly after the renewal date and if the Service has not been substantially used during the new period.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service. Where required by law, your statutory rights are not affected.
