Leadify (“Leadify”, “we”, “our”) is operated by Orhan Göktuğ Güngör, an independent sole proprietor based in Istanbul, Türkiye. Leadify provides an AI-assisted leadership development platform that uses simulated scenarios to deliver developmental feedback and organizational capability insights. Contact: info@letsleadify.com.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including Türkiye’s Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), Leadify acts as the data controller for individual users who sign up directly, and as a Joint Controller together with its corporate customers when the platform is provided through an employer or organization.

2. Scope of This Notice

This Privacy Notice applies to all individuals (“Users”) who interact with Leadify, including:

  • Individual professionals who sign up directly for a personal subscription (business-to-consumer, “B2C”);
  • Employees, managers, or other authorized users who access Leadify through their employer or organization (business-to-business, “B2B”); and
  • Visitors of our website, where applicable.

Leadify is offered both directly to individual professionals and to organizations. Where the platform is provided through an employer or organization, additional terms agreed with that organization may also apply.

3. Personal Data We Process

We may process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data (e.g., name, business email address)
  • Simulation interaction data (responses provided during simulated scenarios)
  • Transcribed text generated from voice-to-text processing
  • Developmental insights and capability indicators
  • Organizational metadata (e.g., department, role, location)

We do not store raw voice recordings.

4. Purposes of Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Delivering leadership simulations and developmental feedback
  • Generating organizational capability maps and aggregated risk insights
  • Supporting leadership development and learning initiatives
  • Maintaining, securing, and improving the quality of the Services

Leadify does not perform automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Our processing of personal data is based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), including:

  • Providing effective leadership development tools
  • Ensuring relevance, fairness, and accuracy of simulations
  • Improving and maintaining service quality

These interests are balanced against the rights and freedoms of data subjects through contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards.

6. Profiling and Developmental Insights

Leadify performs developmental profiling based on user interactions within simulated scenarios. This profiling:

  • Is non-deterministic
  • Is intended solely for development and learning purposes
  • Does not result in automated employment decisions
  • Is subject to human interpretation and oversight

What Your Organization Can Access

Your organization’s authorized administrators (e.g., HR or learning administrators) may access individual-level developmental insights generated through the Services, as well as aggregated and anonymized organizational views such as capability maps and heatmaps.

Individual-level insights are provided solely for development and learning purposes and are not intended to be used as the sole basis for employment-related decisions.

7. AI Quality Enablement and Model Improvement

To ensure the quality, relevance, and continuous improvement of our Services, Leadify processes fully anonymized and aggregated interaction patterns (“Quality Improvement Data”). This processing:

  • Does not include identifiable personal data
  • Cannot be used to identify any individual or organization
  • Is technically and logically separated from customer-specific service data

AI Quality Enablement is enabled by default as it is necessary to:

  • Maintain scenario accuracy
  • Reduce systemic bias
  • Ensure relevance across industries and organizational contexts

Customers may opt out of this processing at any time. Opt-out does not affect service availability or pricing.

Under no circumstances is identifiable personal data used for AI model training.

This approach is designed to ensure fairness, reduce systemic bias, and prevent overfitting to narrow organizational contexts, while respecting the rights and expectations of individuals.

8. Data Sharing and Sub-Processors

We may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers acting as sub-processors, including:

  • Cloud infrastructure and database providers (Supabase, Cloudflare)
  • AI model providers (Google, OpenAI, ElevenLabs)

  • Authorities where required by law

All such providers are subject to appropriate contractual safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

9. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by applicable law.
