A practice ground
for the moments that matter.

Leadify draws on decades of organisational psychology to create realistic conversation simulations. The output is a development insight, feedback you can reflect on, never a verdict on a person. Every scenario keeps a human in the loop.

Academic foundations

Built on what research already knows.

Leadify does not invent a new theory of people. It puts well established ideas from organisational psychology into a format that fits the rhythm of modern work: short, realistic, repeatable practice.

01
Deliberate practice

Growth through repetition

Skill develops fastest when people rehearse high-stakes moments under realistic conditions and reflect on what happened. This is the foundation of expertise research and modern coaching.

Ericsson, Krampe & Tesch-Römer (1993); Ericsson (2008)

02
Situational context

Context shapes behaviour

People benefit most from rehearsing decisions inside the specific context they will face: the pressure, the stakes, and the other person's perspective.

Lievens & Patterson (2011); Weekley & Ployhart (2006)

03
Reflective feedback

Feedback that supports growth

Behaviour anchored, specific feedback grounded in what someone actually did is more useful for development than trait labels or generic ratings.

Kluger & DeNisi (1996); Hattie & Timperley (2007)

Principles

What we believe about supporting people.

01

A development tool, not a verdict

Leadify is built to help people grow. It is not designed or marketed as a tool to evaluate, rank, or make employment decisions about individuals.

02

Behaviour, observed in context

Feedback is anchored to what someone actually said and did in a simulated conversation, never to inferred personality traits or labels.

03

Transparent and traceable

Every observation links back to the moment in the transcript and the rubric anchor that produced it. Users can review and challenge any insight.

04

Human in the loop

Outputs are framed as input for reflection and coaching. A person, the user, a coach, or a manager, decides what to do with them.

The method

From a real moment to a useful next step.

  1. 01

    Scenario design

Each scenario is co-designed with domain experts and mapped to a clear development objective before it ships.

  2. 02

    Live simulation

Adaptive counterparts respond in real time. The full transcript is captured so the user can revisit any moment.

  3. 03

    Behavioural rubric

A structured rubric describes observable behaviours: discovery, framing, composure, decision quality, with concrete anchors.

  4. 04

    Calibration & review

Rubric outputs are regularly reviewed against expert ratings. Disagreements are studied and used to refine the rubric.

  5. 05

    Development insight

The user receives a development insight: what worked, what to try next time, where to practice. Feedback for the person, never a score on them.

Scope & safeguards

Designed as a development tool.

Leadify exists to help people grow in the conversations that shape their work. Every design choice flows from that single intent.

Designed as a development tool

Leadify is positioned, designed, and sold as a tool for individual growth and team development, not for hiring, promotion, or workforce decisions about a person.

No automated decisions about people

The platform does not produce hiring recommendations, promote or fire scores, or any output intended to substitute for a human decision about an individual.

Transparency to the user

Users are told clearly that they are interacting with an AI counterpart, what is captured, how feedback is generated, and how to challenge or delete it.

Human oversight by default

Coaches and managers see development insights as conversation starters. The product flow keeps a human in the loop on anything that affects a person.

Data & ethics

Responsible by default, not as an afterthought.

Privacy by design

Transcripts and recordings are encrypted at rest and in transit. Customer data is never used to train shared models without explicit opt in.

Fairness review

Rubric design and counterpart behaviour are reviewed for bias. We follow contemporary fairness research and document the choices we make.

GDPR & data rights

Full data subject rights, access, rectification, deletion, portability, are supported through a single request flow. EU data residency is available.

Versioned & auditable

Rubric and prompt changes are versioned. Any insight a user has seen can be traced back to the rubric version that produced it.

Advisors & research partners

Built with researchers, not just engineers.

Our methodology is shaped by an advisory group spanning organisational psychology, behavioural science, and responsible AI. We document our design choices and welcome external review.

Organisational Psychology

Behavioural rubric design, deliberate practice, coaching feedback.

Behavioural Science

Decision making under pressure, situational context, framing effects.

Responsible AI

Transparency, human oversight, governance and audit practices.

Named advisors and institutional affiliations are disclosed under NDA during enterprise conversations.
